Returns & refunds

Return window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, and free of any signs of wear.

How to return

Email help@rethinx.shopwith your order number and a brief reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address. Pack the item in its original presentation box where possible.

Return shipping

For returns due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer’s cost.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time may add 2–4 further days depending on your card or account.

Non-returnable

Items showing visible use, damage to leather or stitching, lost accessories or packaging, or returned beyond the 7-day window are not eligible.

Manufacturing defects

Genuine leather develops natural grain variation, and small surface markings are part of the material’s character — these are not considered defects. Faulty stitching, hardware failure, or material delamination within the return window are covered fully; we replace or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.
