Orders & pricing
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
- We may correct pricing or product errors at any time. If an order is affected, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or adjustment.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline orders for any lawful reason and refund any payment made.
Product information
Genuine leather is a natural material. Slight variations in grain, tone, and texture are characteristic and not defects. Photography is representative; minor differences may exist.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay over secure channels. We do not store card or bank-account information on our servers.
Shipping & returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping policy and Return policy.
Intellectual property
The Rethinx name, logo, photography, and site content are our property. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Durgapur, West Bengal.
