Where we ship
We ship across India. International shipping is not yet available; we’ll announce it on this page when it begins.
Cost
Shipping is free on every domestic order. There are no minimum-order requirements.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery takes:
- Metros and tier-1 cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 and tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote pin codes: 7–10 business days
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you have questions about a shipment, write to help@rethinx.shop with your order number.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels in transit; orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be re-shipped at the customer’s cost.
